Orders are subject to acceptance, stock availability, and successful payment where applicable.

Payments are processed through authorised payment providers. Prices, taxes, and shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by vendor and location.

Returns and refunds are subject to the applicable return policy and product eligibility.

Users must not misuse the platform, commit fraud, infringe intellectual property, upload malicious content, or violate applicable laws.

All platform branding, software, content, and trademarks belong to AJA Dukan or their respective owners.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, AJA Dukan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which AJA Dukan operates.
