Delete from the app

1. Open the AJA Dukan app and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately — no waiting period.

Don’t have the app installed?

Email support@ajadukan.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm once it’s done.

What gets deleted

Your profile, saved addresses, saved payment methods, wishlist, cart, product reviews, and push-notification tokens are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

What’s retained

Past orders are kept on record as required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance, including the name, phone number, and delivery address you provided at the time of each order. This historical order data is disconnected from your account and can no longer be used to sign in, but it is not erased. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
